Fella Maouche

Fella Maouche

VSRP Intern

Fella is a passionate early-career researcher with a strong background in perovskite and organic photovoltaics. She joined Omega Lab in February 2025 as a research intern, where she has been actively involved in the development of organic solar cells and the application of self-assembled monolayers (SAMs) to enhance device performance. During her master’s studies, Fella worked on wide bandgap perovskite solar cells, focusing on SAM-based hole transport layers for indoor light applications. She also explored the field of tandem photovoltaics, with her thesis research specifically investigating the regulation of interconnecting layers in monolithic perovskite–organic tandem solar cells using SAMs. Fella’s academic journey has been supported by the prestigious Korean Government Scholarship (GKS-G), which she has been awarded in 2020. Looking ahead, she aims to contribute to the advancement of next-generation technologies by exploring novel materials and device architectures that not only improve efficiency but also provide scalable, impactful solutions for a sustainable future.
