Khawla Alkhezaim
PhD Student
Khawla's research centers on controlling the molecular orientation of organic materials and examining its impact on their structural, optical, and electronic properties. As a graduate student researcher at KAUST Solar Platform (KSP) I specialize in organic optoelectronics with hands-on experience in device fabrication and engineering, thin-film characterization, and materials analysis using a range of advanced techniques. In addition to my research, I serve as the Lab Safety Representative (LSR) for OMEGA Lab, where I oversee safety protocols and help maintain a secure and efficient working environment. Beyond my technical and research expertise, I have consistently demonstrated exceptional communication skills, earning me the honor of being nominated to represent my affiliations at prestigious events.
She earned her M.S. Physics from KAUST in Thuwal, Saudi Arabia, in 2023 and B.S in Physics from Qassim University, Saudi Arabia, in 2021.
